The Valencian Community and the Costa Blanca are Spain's second mobile home market, after Andalusia. The region combines extensive beaches, a Mediterranean climate, and a community of British, Dutch, and German expatriates that drives demand for mobile homes as permanent or holiday residences. Alicante, Benidorm, Torrevieja, and Denia are home to dozens of established mobile home parks. Green Village delivers across the entire Valencian Community.
Regulations
In the Valencian Community, campsites are governed by regional tourism rules. Since Supreme Court ruling 1917/2024, every mobile home needs a planning licence like a prefabricated house (art. 11.4.c of the Ley de Suelo), campsites included: the campsite's tourism licence alone is not enough. On private land, the land classification is decisive. VAT is 21%.
Transport
Transport is organised by Mobile Home Logistic, Green Village's logistics division, and is included in the delivered price for deliveries to Valencia.
Pricing
Prices are similar to Andalusia: used from 12,943 euros, new from 35,000 euros. Pitch rents on the Costa Blanca range between 250 and 500 euros/month. Torrevieja and Benidorm are the areas with the largest supply of parks.
Installation
Installation in Valencian parks follows the Andalusian model: pitch prepared by the operator with connections included. The Mediterranean climate is favourable — no concerns about extreme cold insulation, but sun protection (awnings, covered terraces) is recommended.
