A mobile home is a prefabricated dwelling built in a factory and transported to the installation site. Unlike a traditional house, it can be relocated to a different plot. At Green Village we offer mobile homes with 1 to 5 bedrooms, ranging from 25 m² to 120 m², manufactured in the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and France.

Mobile home prices at Green Village start at £6,450 and vary with size, condition (new or used) and finishes. Used units are the most affordable; premium new 3-bedroom models and luxury twin units sit at the top of the range. Transport and installation are always included in the delivered price.

We supply mobile homes, static caravans, lodges, chalets, glamping pods, tiny houses and park homes. Each type has its own strengths: classic mobile homes are ideal for holiday parks, lodges offer superior insulation for year-round living, and glamping pods are perfect for rural tourism.

Transport is organised by Mobile Home Logistic, Green Village's logistics division, is included in the final catalogue price and is insured at 100% of the unit's value, from collection to installation on site. We handle customs clearance.

Requirements vary by country. In Portugal, installing a mobile home on a permanent basis requires a licence or a prior communication (comunicação prévia) to the local council, depending on the zone and the PDM — being removable does not, by itself, exempt it. On a licensed campsite, check with the park how the installation fits within the park's licence. Green Village guides clients through the full bureaucratic process in each country.

A mobile home is built on a chassis with wheels, designed for easy relocation, with prices starting at £6,450. A tiny house is a micro-dwelling of up to 30 m², usually on a trailer. Yes. We deliver to the destinations shown under "Import to" on the site, including the Azores and Madeira, with transport included; the final price is calculated per destination.

The total time from order to installation is shorter for in-stock units ready to ship; for new units built to order, factory lead time is added to transport. Green Village keeps the customer updated at every stage.

Yes, Green Village offers financing options from 24 to 120 months, with rates starting at 10% nominal (11.8% APR); the deposit and final conditions are set by the credit institution. Use our online credit simulator to calculate monthly payments for your preferred model.

We carry new, used, ex-display and refurbished mobile homes. Used units are inspected before sale. New units are built to order by manufacturers such as ABI, Willerby, Atlas and Carnaby. Green Village is an importer and dealer — we do not manufacture the units. All come with a warranty.

A luxury lodge (or twin unit) is a mobile home made of two modules, transported separately and joined on site. This creates a space of up to 80 m² with open-plan layouts, en-suite bedrooms and premium finishes. Twin unit lodges are the luxury segment of the mobile home market, carrying the highest prices in the catalogue.

Yes, we sell container homes built from recycled shipping containers (20 or 40 ft), converted into modern living spaces. We offer expandable models that arrive folded and open on site. Prices depend on size and finish, with complete interior and transport included.

A timber-frame house uses a wooden structure with insulation panels, offering energy efficiency and a natural aesthetic. An LSF (Light Steel Frame) house uses a lightweight galvanised steel structure — more resistant to earthquakes and termites. A modular home is factory-built in modules and assembled on site. Green Village supplies all three types with delivery across Europe.

Yes. Besides mobile homes, we sell prefabricated and modular houses built in the factory. They are assembled on site in a matter of days, fully customisable in finishes, dimensions and layouts. Available in timber, LSF (light steel) or mixed construction, priced on request.
