What documentation comes with the unit?
The manufacturer's technical documentation for each unit is delivered with us. For the specific requirements of your project and country, we confirm case by case before the order.
Can they handle harsh climates?
These units are designed for outdoor use, with insulation and glazing sized to the type of product. The recommended conditions of use are listed on each model's spec sheet.
What about the warranty?
New homes come with a 10-year warranty on the structure and against water infiltration. Used homes are sold as they are, with no Green Village warranty.
Can I personalise finishes and layout?
Depending on the model: exterior colours, interior finishes and fittings can be chosen. The options available for each product are confirmed before the order.
How long does delivery take?
The lead time depends on the model, the stock and the destination. We'll give you a concrete estimate for your unit and country when we quote.
How does a large unit travel?
The transport method is determined by Green Village according to the origin, destination and dimensions of each unit. Transport is organised by Mobile Home Logistic, Green Village's logistics division, is included in the delivered price and is insured at 100% of the unit's value, from collection to installation on site.
Who handles customs and VAT?
We do. We're the importer of record — MHRA Green Mobile Village Homes, Unipessoal Lda, EORI PT518231585. The delivered price includes customs duties and clearance; VAT is shown separately (price + VAT, as on every listing). No surprises on arrival.
Can I pay in stages?
Yes: a deposit on order, an instalment at dispatch and the balance on delivery. Payments go solely to the European entity's account — never to factories or middlemen.
Do I need foundations or a permit?
Most are installed on plots or micro-piles — no traditional foundation. The classification (mobile vs. fixed) varies by council; we provide the technical sheets needed for permitting.
Can I visit a showroom before I decide?
Yes — a physical showroom in Maia/Porto (Portugal), with finished units to visit. Book your visit through the form above or by email.
