ABI is a British manufacturer based in Beverley, building holiday homes since 1972.

Our ABI stock ranges from 26 to 57 m² with 2 to 3 bedrooms; the most common models are Coworth Deluxe, Ambleside, Beverley, Keswick, Derwent WCF and Sunningdale.

Every listing shows real photos, the technical sheet (year, dimensions, bedrooms, bathrooms) and a delivered price — transport and installation included; VAT is shown separately. Transport is insured for 100% of the unit's value, from collection to installation.

Units are sourced from the United Kingdom, the Netherlands and France and delivered to Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands and the rest of Europe; worldwide export on request.

Ask for a written quote on any ABI model, or choose your destination under ‘Import to’ in the language menu to see the delivered price on every listing.

ABI has built holiday homes and lodges in Beverley, East Yorkshire, since 1972. Its collection covers holiday homes from 10 ft wide and a range of lodges, and some models, such as the Ingleton, are offered to residential specification for year-round use.

On the second-hand market the names that come up most are long-running lines — the Ambleside, which ABI calls one of its most loved holiday homes, the Arizona and the Vista — next to current models such as the Coworth, the Wimbledon and the Ingleton. ABI publishes the standard equipment of each model, so a used home can be checked against the maker's own list.

ABI models

ABI Ambleside
Two- and three-bedroom layouts at 40 ft × 13 ft, plus Premier versions 14 ft wide. The current specification includes argon-filled double glazing, gas central heating with a condensing boiler, front French doors and a separate en-suite toilet and shower.
ABI Arizona
A long-running 12 ft wide model; an update by ABI added a front bay window for a lighter lounge, together with new upholstery.
ABI Coworth
Eight layouts from 28 ft × 10 ft to 39 ft × 12 ft, with two or three bedrooms. A separate en suite comes on the 32 ft × 12 ft models and larger, and the bigger 12 ft models can have front French or sliding doors.
ABI Westwood
Sold as the Westwood Lodge: one 44 ft × 14 ft two-bedroom layout with full front sliding doors, Low-E argon-filled double glazing, gas central heating, an en-suite shower and toilet and a Velux rooflight in the kitchen.
ABI Vista
A value-focused range of six models with two or three bedrooms. The Vista Diamond, the top version, added a vaulted roof and a fireplace.
ABI Ingleton
Built to residential specification: two models, 40 ft × 13 ft with two bedrooms and 41 ft × 13 ft with three, both with a separate en-suite toilet and shower and full front sliding doors.
ABI Wimbledon
Four layouts from 37 ft to 40 ft × 12 ft, with two or three bedrooms: an open-plan lounge with a feature fire, an L-shaped dinette and, on one three-bedroom version, two showers.
ABI Windermere
A 12 ft wide holiday home with a country look: free-standing domestic-style furniture, a Shaker-style kitchen and, on the two-bedroom model, an en-suite shower and a walk-in wardrobe.

What to check on a used ABI

Match the home to the maker's specification: the model, length, width and year are on the manufacturer's serial plate and in the original sale documents, and ABI's equipment lists show what came as standard.

Holiday home or residential? Holiday homes are built for leisure use; residential models such as the Ingleton are built for living all year round. What you can do with the home depends on that specification and on the rules of the site where it stands.

On older homes, inspect the chassis for corrosion, the floor for soft spots near the doors and the bathroom, the roof and the seals, and test the central heating and the double glazing — the equipment that most affects comfort out of season.

Ask for the gas and electrical safety certificates and the service history of the boiler.
