Two English homes for one family in Ovar: Alexandra’s and Rafael’s deliveries

By Matheus Agueda · 3 November 2026

In short: in early April 2024 we delivered two used mobile homes from the United Kingdom to one family in Ovar, in the Aveiro district of Portugal: an ABI Arizona of about 42 m² for Alexandra and a 1997 two-bedroom Atlas Debonair for Rafael. Both went to the same place. The Arizona arrived at dusk and was on its plot after dark; the Atlas arrived the next morning, along a dirt track between fields, with Alexandra’s home already in sight. The video of the two homes arriving and three videos on Green Village’s TikTok tell the story of those days.

Two homes, one family

In a video from 31 March 2024, Green Village founder Matheus Agueda shows the homes that had just arrived in Portugal. Two of them were for clients from the same family who would live in the same place, in the Ovar area: Alexandra’s ABI Arizona, which Matheus calls “a very big home”, and Rafael’s Atlas Debonair. Delivery was booked for the following days.

Transport from the United Kingdom was organised by Mobile Home Logistic, the partner logistics company of the same group, insured to 100 % and included in the price of the homes.

Alexandra’s Arizona: arriving at dusk

The Arizona was photographed in the United Kingdom before the trip: cream, with lace curtains and a Greek-key band all round its base.

It reached Ovar at dusk and the unloading finished after dark. The video we published on 11 April follows that evening into the night, and the last photo shows the home on its plot, lit by headlights.

Rafael’s Atlas Debonair: the next morning

The Atlas Debonair was photographed in the United Kingdom with its sheet still in the window, giving the model, the year (1997), the size and the two bedrooms, and with a number painted on its wall. The same number shows in the delivery photo: it is the same home.

In the video filmed on the plot that morning, Matheus explains that Alexandra’s home had been delivered the evening before and could already be seen in the background; the second home was left for the morning. Rafael’s plot was ready for it. The Atlas came along a dirt track between fields on a sunny day, and Matheus describes it as a two-bedroom home, “very big, very beautiful”.

What stayed with the clients

Green Village does not install homes: the mobile home is delivered and set down on its supports, without levelling. These always stay with the buyer:

  • the base and the levelling;
  • the water, waste, gas and electricity connections;
  • any licences the municipality requires for the plot.

What these deliveries teach

  1. Two homes for the same place are delivered one after the other. Here, the first at dusk and the second the next morning.
  2. Have the plot ready. Each home’s spot was agreed and Rafael’s plot was ready when the home arrived; anything not ready slows the unloading.
  3. Check the access before delivery day. A dirt track between fields worked here, but every access is different.
  4. Read the sheet of a used home. The Atlas sheet gave the year, the size and the bedrooms: on a used home, these are the first facts to confirm.
  5. Know what warranty it has. A used home has no commercial warranty and carries an 18-month legal guarantee; a new home has the 3-year legal guarantee and a 10-year commercial warranty on the structure and against water ingress.

Other deliveries

Two days later, Zé Pedro’s 2002 Atlas reached Viade de Baixo, in Montalegre, and in June Rosa’s home was set down high above Funchal, in Madeira. In May 2026, Paulo’s used Tudor reached Amarante, Fernando’s Willerby Salisbury reached Santiago do Cacém and José’s Willerby Vacation reached the Algarve. Further north, in August 2025, a home from the Netherlands reached São Félix da Marinha, in Gaia, for Andreia and Tiago. The used mobile homes in stock are delivered in mainland Portugal from €12,550, and deliveries in the region are in the guide to mobile homes in Central Portugal. Photos of these two homes and of other deliveries, from origin to plot, are in the gallery.

Frequently asked questions

Can two homes go to the same place? Yes. Here, two homes for one family went to the same place in Ovar, delivered one at dusk and the other the next morning.

Where did the homes come from? From the United Kingdom. Both were used homes: an ABI Arizona of about 42 m² and a 1997 Atlas Debonair with two bedrooms.

Can a delivery finish after dark? In this delivery, yes: the Arizona arrived at dusk and was set down on its plot after dark.

Who levelled and connected the homes? The clients. Green Village sets the home down on its supports, without levelling; the base, the levelling and the connections are the buyer’s.

What warranty does a used home like these have? No commercial warranty; it carries an 18-month legal guarantee.
