We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes becoming effective upon publication on the website.

2. Products and Descriptions

The mobile homes, chalets and lodges presented in our catalogue are described as accurately as possible. However, images are for illustrative purposes only and may show slight variations in colour or finish compared to the actual product. Technical specifications (dimensions, weight, materials) are provided by the manufacturers and may be subject to change without prior notice.

3. Pricing and Payment

The prices displayed on the website include:

• Unit price as per the specifications listed in the product sheet
• Estimated transport costs to the selected destination (where applicable)
• Prices do not include VAT, customs duties, clearance costs or any local taxes, unless expressly stated otherwise
• The values shown in the transport calculator are estimates and may be adjusted based on final carrier quotes

4. Ordering Process

The ordering process comprises the following steps:

• Product selection and quote request via the contact form or cart functionality
• Receipt of a formal proposal with final price, payment terms and estimated delivery time
• Order confirmation upon payment of a deposit (amount as specified in the proposal)

5. Delivery and Transport

Green Village arranges the transport of mobile homes across Europe. Regarding delivery:

• Delivery times indicated are estimates and may vary depending on logistical, weather and regulatory conditions
• Transport may include road haulage (exceptional load convoy), maritime (RoRo/ferry) or combined methods
• The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery site has adequate access for receiving the unit
• Green Village is not liable for delays caused by third parties, adverse weather conditions or regulatory restrictions

6. Warranty

Mobile homes are sold with the manufacturer's warranty, where applicable. Green Village is not the manufacturer and acts as an intermediary in the sale and transport. Any claims regarding manufacturing defects must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence.

7. Returns and Cancellations

Given the special nature of the products sold (large-dimension goods with customised transport), returns are subject to case-by-case assessment. Cancellation of orders after confirmation may result in partial or full retention of the deposit paid, to cover costs already incurred for transport or bookings.

8. Limitation of Liability

Green Village shall not be held liable for indirect, consequential or loss-of-profit damages arising from delivery delays, manufacturing defects or any other circumstances beyond its direct control. Green Village's total liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the transaction in question.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content — including text, images, logos, design, software and databases — is the property of Green Village or the respective rights holders and is protected by intellectual property law. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

10. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. For the resolution of any disputes arising from the use of the website or the performance of contracts, the courts of the district of Aveiro, Portugal, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, with express waiver of any other.

11. Amendments to Terms

Green Village reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of the website after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
