Story
Matheus Agueda was born in São Paulo in 1996 and built the company from Porto. In 2023 he started selling mobile homes in Portugal with no investors and without relying on paid advertising.
Today Green Village Mobile Homes sells more than 150 homes a year, recorded €1.8M in sales in 2025 and aims to double that in 2026. It has stores in Maia (Porto) and Ribeirinha (Azores), La Séguinière (France), Vigo (Spain) and Jundiaí (Brazil).
It was the first company to bring mobile homes inside a shopping centre in Portugal, at Parque Nascente (Gondomar). Today it displays homes on a 700 m² site at Auchan Maia, where families walk through them before buying.
Portugal needs affordable housing, fast: a delivered and installed mobile home costs a fraction of a traditional house and is ready in weeks.

He built the brand's organic acquisition method: more than 100 million views in 3 years and more than 50 million in the last 12 months alone. On TikTok Green Village has more followers than Continente, Worten or NOS.
Sourcing & import
New and pre-owned homes from manufacturers in the UK, the Netherlands, France and China: inspection, purchase and customs clearance.
International logistics
Transport organised by Mobile Home Logistic, siting and utility hookups at destination.
Technology
He builds the company's internal tools: a catalogue of 1,000+ homes, the “Grupo Green Village” app, and sales and logistics automation.

On 9 March 2025 he was interviewed on RTP1's Telejornal, Portugal's main evening news, about alternatives to traditional housing.
