Glamping pods (capsules) are compact, round-lined modules for glamping, holiday rental and support spaces such as a reception, garden office or kiosk. Priced from £11,167, with a median of around £18,771 and up to £108,542 for the most complete models in our current stock, they range from 4.6 m2 pods to 38 m2 modules with a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom, and double configurations of about 51 m2. The models in stock have a galvanised steel frame with an aluminium or ACP shell, a carbon-fibre composite shell, or translucent polycarbonate on a steel chassis (the «sail» houses), with large glazed areas. They come as a base shell, a complete version with bathroom and kitchen, or furnished, some with air conditioning; each listing gives the dimensions, insulation and equipment included. Green Village imports pods with transport, organised by Mobile Home Logistic, and installation included in the price.

Use Cases

Glamping pods are the ideal choice for glamping and nature tourism projects. They are a common choice for short-term rental. Caravan parks use pods to diversify their offering and attract younger, urban clientele. Rural properties become tourist destinations with a few pods. The smallest pods serve as a reception, ticket booth, workstation or garden office, the larger ones as guest rooms.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does a glamping pod cost?
The simplest models start from £11,167. In our current stock, the median price is around £18,771 and the most complete models reach £108,542. Transport and installation are included in the catalogue price; VAT is shown separately.
Do I need permission to install glamping pods?
In most municipalities, yes. Glamping pods are considered temporary accommodation structures. Specific requirements vary by country and local planning regulations.
How many pods can I install on my land?
It depends on local planning rules, land classification and the tourism licence; ask the council before planning the number of units.
Are glamping pods comfortable in winter?
It depends on the model: complete and furnished versions are insulated and some include air conditioning, while base versions are an unfitted shell. Each listing gives the insulation, glazing and climate control included.
