How long does delivery take?

It depends on the origin: units in stock are the fastest, used imports add transport and customs clearance, and new made-to-order units also add the manufacturing time. We confirm the exact lead time in writing when the order is placed.

Where do you deliver?

To the destinations listed under "Import to": mainland Portugal, the Azores and Madeira, other European countries and Brazil. The price on this page follows the selected destination; VAT is shown separately at the destination country's rate.

Is installation on my land included?

Yes. Installation is included in the delivered price: the unit is positioned on its supports, levelled and connected. Transport is insured at 100% of the unit's value, from collection to installation on site. Site preparation and bringing water, electricity and sewage up to the unit are the owner's responsibility.

Is financing available?

Yes. Financing is arranged as consumer credit for home purposes through a credit intermediary registered with Banco de Portugal. Terms vary by installation country, unit value and client profile; you can simulate your financing on our credit page.
