Showroom tour: Dutch chalet, Cascade and used homes being refurbished

Published in June 2025, this tour of a Green Village showroom in Portugal goes room by room through homes in stock and used units in the last stage of refurbishment. It opens with a Dutch chalet: the front door leads straight into a kitchen with cabinets, cooker and space for a washing machine or dishwasher, with new LED lighting about to be fitted. Next come a second home with a fridge-freezer and main bedroom, and a Cascade model with two bathrooms and electric heaters, still awaiting its wardrobe, desks and bed.

A larger home follows, with a corridor to two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom, a walk-in closet and double glazing throughout. The last unit had new flooring, a double bedroom, an L-shaped sofa and a bunk room. Green Village refurbishes these used homes before sale and shows their actual condition, including work still in progress.
