Late afternoon in Palmela: Mónica’s Pemberton Mystique

By Matheus Agueda · 3 November 2026

In short: in July 2024 we delivered a cream Pemberton Mystique mobile home, with a glazed front and double doors, to Mónica on a plot in Palmela, on Portugal’s Setúbal Peninsula. The home was photographed before the trip and, in Palmela, it was set down on the gravel base already prepared on the plot. By late afternoon, the doors of the new home were open.

Before the trip

The first photo of this route in the gallery shows the Pemberton Mystique before it left: the fully glazed front, with the double doors in the centre and tall windows on each side, and the cream gable above.

Delivery day

In Palmela, the home was set down on Mónica’s plot, on the gravel base. By late afternoon, Mónica was standing in front of the open doors of the new home, already in its place.

What stayed with the client

Green Village does not install homes: the mobile home is delivered and set down on its supports, without levelling. These always stay with the buyer:

  • the base and the levelling — here, the gravel base, which was already in place;
  • the water, waste, gas and electricity connections;
  • any licences the municipality requires for the plot.

What this delivery teaches

  1. The base is ready before the home arrives. The gravel base was already in place when the Pemberton Mystique reached Palmela.
  2. The home rests on its supports, without levelling. Green Village sets the home down on the plot; levelling and connections stay with the buyer.
  3. The home is on record before it leaves. The Pemberton Mystique was photographed before the trip, and that photo opens its route in the gallery.
  4. Know what warranty the home has. A used home carries an 18-month legal guarantee, with no commercial warranty; a new home has the 3-year legal guarantee and a 10-year commercial warranty on the structure and against water ingress.

Other deliveries

Across the Tagus, in April 2024, a home chosen on video reached Almargem do Bispo, in Sintra, for Luiz, and further south, in the Alentejo, in May 2026, Fernando’s used Willerby Salisbury reached Santiago do Cacém. The used mobile homes in stock are delivered in mainland Portugal from €12,550, and what to know before buying in the region is in the guide to Lisbon and the Setúbal Peninsula. Photos of this home and of other deliveries, from origin to plot, are in the gallery.
