Between the straw and the village: Fábio’s Salisbury in Moimenta da Beira

In short: on 13 August 2024 we delivered a cream Willerby Salisbury mobile home with green trim, two bedrooms and about 40 m², to Fábio and Ricardo on a plot in Sever, in the municipality of Moimenta da Beira, in inland Portugal. Matheus was on site and recorded a video in the afternoon. The home was set down on the plot, between the straw and the village houses, and the keys were handed over right there.

In the middle of the morning of 13 August 2024, the home was still on its way. In the afternoon, Matheus recorded a video on the plot: “Today we’re here in Moimenta da Beira. Today is the 13th, it’s two in the afternoon.” In the same video he introduces the home: “It’s a Willerby Salisbury, a home of more or less 40 square metres, a two-bedroom home.” And he signs off with “this is one more delivery, follow along”.

What stayed with the clients
Green Village does not install homes: the mobile home is delivered and set down on its supports, without levelling. These always stay with the buyer:
- the base and the levelling;
- the water, waste, gas and electricity connections;
- any licences the municipality requires for the plot.
