Delivery day

On the morning of 6 August 2025, the Willerby Avonmore reached Graça and Ricardo’s plot in Grândola: a gravel platform in the middle of the golden plain, with trees in the distance. The delivery video, posted on Green Village’s TikTok the same day, opens with the caption “Delivery day, Grândola, +1 happy family” and shows the home arriving at the plot and being set down on the gravel.

In Grândola: the home set down on its supports, on the gravel.

Shortly after midday, the home was resting on its supports, its glazed front facing the fields. The last photo of this route in the gallery shows the handover of the keys, with a dog at their feet.

What stayed with the clients

Green Village does not install homes: the mobile home is delivered and set down on its supports, without levelling. These always stay with the buyer:

  • the base and the levelling — here, the gravel platform, which was already in place;
  • the water, waste, gas and electricity connections;
  • any licences the municipality requires for the plot.

What this delivery teaches

  1. The base is ready before the home arrives. The gravel platform was already in place when the Willerby Avonmore reached Grândola.
  2. The home rests on its supports, without levelling. The photo from the day shows the home on its supports, on the gravel; levelling and connections stay with the buyer.
  3. The delivery is on record. The delivery video was posted on Green Village’s TikTok the same day.
  4. Know what warranty the home has. A used home carries an 18-month legal guarantee, with no commercial warranty; a new home has the 3-year legal guarantee and a 10-year commercial warranty on the structure and against water ingress.

Other deliveries

Also in the Alentejo, in May 2026, Fernando’s used Willerby Salisbury reached Santiago do Cacém. Two days after the Grândola delivery, a home from the Netherlands reached São Félix da Marinha, in Gaia, for Andreia and Tiago. The used mobile homes in stock are delivered in mainland Portugal from €12,550, and what to know before buying in the region is in the guide to mobile homes in the Alentejo. Photos of this home and of other deliveries, from origin to plot, are in the gallery.
