What Deer Run Cabins states on its website
According to its website, Deer Run Cabins sells pre-built modular cabins and build-on-site cabins and homes, and the buyer can select one of its pre-built cabins or kits. It also says its prefab cabins now include all interior plumbing, fixtures and a hot water heater.
The about page says its build-on-site cabins and homes are available in kit form, so the buyer needs only a few tools and the labour to assemble them, and that the SIP panels and tongue-and-groove lumber are precut and pre-splined to the buyer's design specifications. The home page tells buyers to plan their layout and design their cabin, and says they have full control over all aspects of the build.
