Alternative to Zook Cabins: park models and modular homes in Pennsylvania, USA
By Matheus Agueda · 19 October 2026
Short answer: if you are comparing Zook Cabins, the direct alternative is Green Village Mobile Homes, which publishes this comparison: homes that are already built — European mobile homes and static caravans, new and used, and modular and container homes — each with its own page and the delivered price for the United States in US dollars, transport and installation included. Green Village has 5 stores in 4 countries. Further down: what Zook Cabins states on its own website, the side-by-side comparison and the source of every fact.
Zook Cabins is, according to its website, an Amish cabin builder in Gap, Pennsylvania, offering modular homes, park models, ADUs and luxury mobile homes. This article sets out what the company states on its public website next to what Green Village offers, using the same criteria, so you can decide based on verifiable facts.
What Zook Cabins states on its website
According to its website, Zook Cabins designs and builds high-quality HUD homes, modular homes and park models tailored to the buyer's needs, and presents its work as built by hand in the USA. Its pages name ADUs, an A-Frame park model of 400 square feet (13' 10" x 29' 2") and a Sonoma park model of 395 square feet (11' 2" x 36' 10").
The A-Frame page says the park model carries the RVIA seal and is built to the ANSI A119.5 standards, and that it comes as a turn-key package complete with appliances and climate control. The park models page says you do not need a traditional foundation for a park model tiny home, but you will need a compact gravel pad or concrete slab, and that custom projects require a minimum order of 10 units with the same custom design.

What Green Village offers
Green Village Mobile Homes, a Portuguese company active since 2023, is an importer and reseller of homes that already exist: new and used mobile homes and static caravans from the UK, the Netherlands and France, and modular homes, container homes and capsules from suppliers in China. Each unit has its own page in the catalogue, with photos and characteristics. Choose ‘United States’ under ‘Import to’, at the top right of the site, and each page shows the delivered price in US dollars, transport and installation included; the written quote for the unit confirms the final amount. Transport is organised by Mobile Home Logistic, Green Village's logistics division, is included in the price and is insured at 100 % of the home's value.
Every unit with its price for the United States: European mobile homes delivered to the USA. The United States is one of the 18 destinations with a published delivered price; for any other country, Green Village sends a written quote.
