Over the wall: Maria and David’s mobile home in Pinheiro da Bemposta
By Matheus Agueda · 3 November 2026
In short: on 29 July 2024 we delivered a pale-green mobile home with white windows to Maria and David, on a plot in Pinheiro da Bemposta, in the municipality of Oliveira de Azeméis, south of Porto. The plot has a wall at the front, and the home went over it into place. In the late afternoon, the key was handed to the clients right there, on the grass.

Delivery day
29 July 2024 was a cloudy day. By mid-afternoon, the home was in Pinheiro da Bemposta. There is a wall between the road and the plot, and the home went over it until it was set down on the grass.
In the late afternoon, the last photo of this route shows the key being handed to the clients, in front of the home already in place. On the same day, Green Village posted the video of this delivery on TikTok, with Pinheiro da Bemposta, Maria and David’s names and the date on screen.
What stayed with the clients
Green Village does not install homes: the mobile home is delivered and set down on its supports, without levelling. These always stay with the buyer:
- the base and the levelling;
- the water, waste, gas and electricity connections;
- any licences the municipality requires for the plot.
What this delivery teaches
- A wall in front of the plot does not stop the delivery. Maria and David’s plot has a wall between the road and the grass, and the home went over it on the day.
- Talk about access from the start. Walls, overhead wires, narrow roads: that is what the team needs to know before delivery day.
- The key is handed over on the plot. The last photo of this route is the key handover, in front of the home already in place.
- Know what warranty the home has. A used home carries an 18-month legal guarantee, with no commercial warranty; a new home has the 3-year legal guarantee and a 10-year commercial warranty on the structure and against water ingress.
Other deliveries
Further north, in August 2025, Andreia and Tiago’s home came down a narrow street to São Félix da Marinha, in Gaia, and in April 2024 two used homes for the same family were set down in Ovar. The used mobile homes in stock are delivered in mainland Portugal from €12,550, and what to know before buying in the region is in the guide to mobile homes in Porto and Northern Portugal. Photos of this home and of other deliveries, from origin to plot, are in the gallery.
