How much does a mobile home cost in Portugal?
The price of a mobile home depends on the type, the condition, the size and what is included. The table below shows the prices of Green Village's current stock delivered in mainland Portugal and updates with the catalogue; after it, we explain what makes the price vary and what to add to the price of the unit.
For a longer analysis, see the complete mobile home pricing guide. For delivered prices in other countries, see mobile home prices in Europe.

The delivered price includes transport and delivery to your plot, with VAT shown separately, as on each listing. Transport is organised by Mobile Home Logistic, the partner logistics company of the same group, insured at 100 % of the unit's value. Green Village sets the home down on its supports; levelling and the connections are the owner's responsibility.
What influences the price?
Condition and age
For each type, the table shows the lowest price of the used and the new units in stock. The catalogue includes used units from British manufacturers such as Willerby, ABI or Atlas; each listing shows real photos, the unit's data and the delivered price. What to check before buying a used unit is in used mobile homes: are they worth it?.
Size and type
A single-section unit is usually the most economical option; twin units, with two sections, offer more space. Check the dimensions on each listing. See the types of mobile homes in detail.
Insulation and specification
Units built to the British standard BS 3632 are designed for permanent residential use; holiday caravans built to EN 1647 usually have less insulation. If you plan to live in the home all year, especially in the north or at altitude, check the standard on each listing.
Costs to add to the price of the unit
The delivered price already includes transport and delivery to your plot. The owner arranges the rest with a local contractor:
- Plot preparation: the base, a slab or support blocks, and the access, where the plot needs them.
- Levelling and the water, sewage and power connections.
- Utility supplies up to the connection point, if the plot does not have them yet.
- Deck or outdoor veranda (optional).
- Skirting, the underside cladding (optional).
Ask for a written quote for each item and add it to the delivered price before you decide. In Portugal, a mobile home that stays in place needs a licença or a comunicação prévia under the RJUE, depending on the zone and the municipal PDM; being movable does not exempt it. The guide to mobile home permits in Europe summarises the rules by country.

How to compare and save
- Compare delivered prices: ask every seller whether transport and delivery to the plot are included and whether VAT is shown separately.
- Consider a used unit: browse the used mobile homes and ask in writing for what the listing does not show.
- Get the plot quotes before you buy: preparation and connections can change which unit you choose.
