What Tiny Custom House states on its website
According to its website, Tiny Custom House builds container homes and traditional casitas and ADUs in conventional wood-frame construction with the same crew and permitting process and no steel involved. The models page lists the layouts it builds most often, as turn-key builds delivered from its Mesa yard, and says every one of them can be modified.
The how-it-works page invites buyers to use its design tool to pick containers, layout, square footage and finishes, and describes a six-step process from the first phone call to the keys: design, site discovery, engineering, build, delivery and set. It adds that site discovery looks at whether your city allows it and whether a container is even the right answer for your property. The home page mentions engineered plans for your jurisdiction.
