Installation

Levelling, the base (concrete pads or piles) and the water, power and sewage connections are the owner's responsibility, with local tradespeople. European units run on 230 V and 50 Hz: where the local grid uses another voltage or frequency, an electrician adapts the connection. Before buying, check with the local authority the land-use rules, whether the home needs a permit and the local anchoring rules.
