Green Village sells mobile homes, static caravans, modular and prefab homes from European suppliers to Micronesia, with a delivered price in USD. The price includes transport organised by Mobile Home Logistic, insured at 100% of the unit's value, and the import duty and fees charged in Micronesia; the home is set on its supports, and levelling and the connections are the owner's responsibility. The homes work as holiday homes, campground or glamping units, or a second dwelling on your land, and every purchase is closed with a written quote.
Regulations
In Micronesia, a mobile home is classified for customs under 9406. Import duty is 4% (general rate) for every origin.
Transport
Transport to Micronesia is organised by Mobile Home Logistic, the partner logistics company, of the same group, that transports Green Village homes, and is insured at 100% of the unit's value, from collection to delivery. Green Village delivers the home to your plot and sets it down on its supports; levelling and the water, power and sewage connections are the owner's responsibility. Before buying, check that access to the plot (track width, bends, gates) lets through a unit of the width shown on its listing. Customs clearance and the delivery date are confirmed in your written quote.
Pricing
The price is on request: the catalogue does not yet show units with a delivered price to Micronesia. The written quote, in USD, includes the unit, transport organised by Mobile Home Logistic with 100% insurance, and the import duty and fees charged in Micronesia. Levelling and the connections are the owner's responsibility.
Installation
Green Village delivers the home to your plot and sets it down on its supports; it does not install it. Levelling, the base (concrete pads or piles) and the water, power and sewage connections are the owner's responsibility, with local tradespeople. European units run on 230 V and 50 Hz: where the local grid uses another voltage or frequency, an electrician adapts the connection. Before buying, check the land-use rules with the local authority and whether the home needs a permit; in an area exposed to hurricanes or earthquakes, also ask for the anchoring rules.
