Regulations
Where a mobile home may stand in Latvia is decided locally: before buying, check with the local authority whether your plot allows one and whether it needs planning permission, or ask the holiday park about its own rules; each listing gives the unit's dimensions to check against them.

Installation
Green Village delivers the home to your plot and sets it down on its supports; it does not install it. Levelling, the base (concrete pads or piles) and the water, power and sewage connections are the owner's responsibility, with local tradespeople.
