Green Village sells new and used mobile homes, modular and prefab homes from European suppliers, with its main store in Maia, Portugal. Delivery to Cambodia is on request and studied case by case: the conditions are confirmed before your written quote in US dollars, which includes the home, transport organised by Mobile Home Logistic, the partner logistics company, of the same group, insured at 100% of the unit's value, and the destination's duties and taxes. The home is set down on its supports; levelling and connections are the owner's responsibility. It serves as a holiday home, a campsite or glamping unit, or a second home.
Regulations
Import duties and taxes in Cambodia are calculated case by case for the unit you choose and included in your written quote. Where the home may stand is decided locally: before buying, check land use, whether you need a permit and the anchoring rules with the local authority; each listing gives the unit's dimensions.
Transport
Transport to Cambodia is organised by Mobile Home Logistic, the partner logistics company, of the same group, that transports Green Village homes, and is insured at 100% of the unit's value, from collection to delivery. The delivery conditions in Cambodia are confirmed case by case, before your written quote, which includes the transport. The home is delivered to your plot and set down on its supports; before buying, check that access to the plot (track width, bends, gates) lets through a unit of the width shown on its listing.
Pricing
The price for delivery to Cambodia is on request: listings show no delivered price for Cambodia. Choose the homes you like and ask for a quote; your written quote, in USD, covers the unit, the transport and the destination's duties and taxes, and comes before any payment.
Installation
Green Village delivers the home to your plot and sets it down on its supports; it does not install it. Levelling, the base (concrete pads or piles) and the water, power and sewage connections are the owner's responsibility, with local tradespeople. European units run on 230 V and 50 Hz: where the local grid uses another voltage or frequency, an electrician adapts the connection. Before buying, check with the local authority the land-use rules, whether the home needs a permit and the local anchoring rules.
