Green Village sells new and used mobile homes, static caravans, modular and prefab homes from European suppliers to Slovakia. Every listing in the catalogue has its delivered price for Slovakia in euros, from €9,659 + VAT: the home, transport organised by Mobile Home Logistic, the partner logistics company, of the same group, that transports Green Village homes, insured at 100% of the unit's value, and delivery to your plot. The VAT (DPH, 23%) is shown separately. Choose Slovakia under "Import to" to see every price for Slovakia.
Regulations
Where a mobile home may stand in Slovakia is decided locally: before buying, check with the local authority whether your plot allows one and whether it needs planning permission, or ask the holiday park about its own rules; each listing gives the unit's dimensions to check against them.
Transport
Transport to Slovakia is organised by Mobile Home Logistic, the partner logistics company, of the same group, that transports Green Village homes, and is insured at 100% of the unit's value, from collection to delivery; it is included in the price. Green Village delivers the home to your plot and sets it down on its supports; levelling and the water, power and sewage connections are the owner's responsibility. Before buying, check that access to the plot (track width, bends, gates) lets through a unit of the width shown on its listing.
Pricing
Every price on this page is the delivered price for Slovakia in euros: the home, its transport insured at 100% and delivery to your plot. It reads net + VAT: the VAT (DPH, 23%) is added on top, and each listing shows its own price.
Installation
Green Village delivers the home to your plot and sets it down on its supports; it does not install it. Levelling, the base (concrete pads or piles) and the water, power and sewage connections are the owner's responsibility, with local tradespeople.
