In part one, filmed in May 2026, sales manager Vinícius shows expandable container homes arriving at Green Village's Vigo showroom in Spain. The 37 m² model stays on display; a second unit, opened to show the interior, was for sale with immediate delivery. The team levels the unit with chocks and opens the heavy sandwich-panel wings, turning a module about 2.48 m wide into roughly 5.75 × 6.22 m.
Inside: walls almost a hand-span thick, comfortable headroom for someone 1.86 m tall, reflective glass, sockets already fitted, a fuse board, a bathroom, doors and finishes included. Outside: wood-effect 3D cladding, double glazing, a galvanised steel frame, hot and cold water inlets with the water heater fitted outside, and an external power plug. Options include rock-wool insulation, an added roof and sizes from about 18 to 72 m². Buyers need a level concrete base; Green Village advises where the support blocks go.
