Published in May 2026, this second part shows a new two-bedroom, 37 m² expandable container home, imported from China, being unfolded at the Green Village showroom in Vigo, Galicia. The team lowers the side floor, raises the walls and fixes them to the roof. Along the way you can see the wood-effect 3D cladding, double and reflective glazing, LED lighting, European sockets and the rear water and power connections, plus a hot-day check of the thermal and acoustic insulation.

The key lesson is levelling: the fold-down section would not drop into place until the unit was level, so a hydraulic jack and stone packers were needed. On a customer's plot we recommend a level concrete slab with cement blocks that keep the home a few centimetres off the ground. The layout can be customised around a fixed bathroom position, and the model comes in 18.5, 37, 56 and 72 m². Green Village, an importer and dealer, set it up in Vigo for viewings.
