Published in July 2025, this video follows the Green Village team in the Netherlands, where they spent a few days visiting suppliers and buying homes in person for customers. The first unit is a Willerby Aspen about 12.50 m long, with an open-plan living room and kitchen, a full shower room, an en-suite main bedroom and vinyl flooring throughout, whereas most UK-built homes arrive with carpets.

A three-bedroom model has a smaller third bedroom, as is usual, that still fits two single beds, plus aluminium cladding and a galvanised chassis dipped in zinc so it corrodes less easily. Another unit, 11.20 × 3.80 m, has PVC cladding and a boiler; most of these homes come with central heating from a boiler or water heater. The last, 9.20 × 3.70 m, has single glazing and weaker thermal and acoustic insulation, so it needs heating in winter and air conditioning in summer; at the time Green Village, an importer and dealer, arranged both.
