Filmed in May 2026, this video follows founder Matheus Agueda and the Green Village team delivering a 40 ft expandable container home, shipped from China, to a customer's plot in Moita, Setúbal, in the Lisbon area. The unit is set down on its base, with metal guards where the chains run so the casing is not marked; plumbing and reinforced wheels are already fitted underneath.
Once on the base, the sides fold down and open into a 72 m² home with a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, three bedrooms that each take a double bed, and a terrace. Wiring and plumbing arrive pre-installed, and the finishes were chosen by the customer, who also asked for a second entrance for a future garage and barbecue area.
Green Village, an importer and dealer, arranged the transport and coordinated the unloading, assembly and levelling, then did the final clean, with the outdoor area scheduled for the following days.
