Two-bedroom Dutch chalet (60 m²) under renovation: inside and outside tour

Published in June 2025, this video follows Clara around a two-bedroom Dutch chalet that Green Village was renovating before sale. The home has plenty of natural light, good ventilation and reinforced insulation. New flooring had already been laid in the living room, kitchen and bedrooms, and the walls had been lined with PVC panels that, according to the video, add thermal and acoustic insulation; the kitchen cabinets were due to be lacquered.

The tour covers the second bedroom, the bathroom and a large walk-in wardrobe with generous storage. The chalet measures 60 m² externally and 46 m² internally, with a pronounced roof overhang and sturdy walls. The price shown is subject to VAT and includes all the work described; at the time of filming, the bedroom wall finishes and a few small details were still to be done. Green Village, an importer and dealer founded in 2023, adapts homes to Portuguese electrical and plumbing standards.
