Filmed in June 2025, this tour by a member of the Green Village team walks through used mobile homes in stock and explains the refurbishment carried out on each before sale. An Atlas has had its old flooring stripped for new floors and paint; a large Dutch chalet has a gas fire, a spacious shower and a boiler already piped for central heating with radiators.
Another home has a serviced gas hob, a new gas water heater and checked plumbing, while a sold unit is being stripped of floors, radiators and pipework for a full check. In the warehouse, a second Dutch chalet gets new floors, paint and light fittings, and a Willerby Vogue nears completion with new flooring and a new water heater.
Green Village, an importer and dealer, shows what has been done to each home before it goes to a buyer.
