Filmed in May 2026 and presented by Clara from the Green Village team, this video shows two 20 ft expandable container homes, built to order by a partner in China, being unloaded from a single 40 ft shipping container. Both are bound for display at the Vigo store in Spain.
Clara explains the range: 10 ft (18 m²), 20 ft (37 m²), 30 ft (56 m²) and 40 ft (72 m²) when unfolded. Doors, windows, insulation, colours, flooring, bathroom finishes and an optional terrace kit are chosen by the buyer, and wiring, plumbing and sockets follow the destination country's standard. Travelling 2.20 m wide inside a container suits plots with narrow access. The team also explains the usual lead time from production to delivery.
Green Village, an importer and dealer, handled the import and unloading and prepared both units for assembly at the Vigo store.
